Train a Single Point of Contact
Over the years, the families we help have expressed frustration when they have to repeat their situation several times over to different people within one organisation.
This adds extra stress to an already traumatic and exhausting time for families. This is why it is important to us at LBT Global to try and ensure that every one of our service users has a named, dedicated, single point of contact throughout their expereince with us.
This gift allows us to train a staff member or volunteer in this role.
