Matt Searle MBE FRSA - Chief Executive
Matthew has been with the charity since its early days in 2004. He works closely with various government and police offices and is regularly asked to contribute to consultations on government policy and sits on a number of key groups, stakeholder panels and all party parliamentary groups.
Matthew was awarded the MBE in 2013 for his work supporting British Nationals overseas. He was also made a Fellow of the RSA (Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce), in recognition of his exceptional commitment to providing advice and support for families and individuals affected by traumatic incidents.
Outside of the charity, Matthew serves as an Independent Custody Visitor, a School Governor and as Chair of the Victims Services Alliance.
